Meet Our Executive Director

Dejah Griffith is a waitress with six years of experience in the food/service industry. Concurrently, she is pursuing studies in business management and entrepreneurship at Owens Community College. Balancing her academic pursuits with her professional commitments, Dejah holds the esteemed position of Executive Director with The Lean on Me Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women of all ages and races within our community through life coaching and support. Her drive to establish this nonprofit stems from her personal journey of overcoming extensive childhood trauma and navigating life after hardship.

While currently residing in Toledo, Ohio, Dejah hails from Texas. Beyond her dedication to fostering a community of empowered women, she finds joy in traveling, reading, attending concerts, and cherishing moments with loved ones.
